It’s contemporary setting represents the quintessence of a fine dining experience. In addition to a private dining room, the restaurant has a flexible seating capacity, enabling it to host functions for guest numbering from 60 (one floor) to 150 (both floors). Grand Mandarina is one of few restaurants in Singapore serving the legendary Empurau – one of the most expensive freshwater fishes in the world. It’s roasts have also been highly recommended by local food critic Wong Ah Yoke.
Grand Mandarina is open daily from 11:30-‐2:30pm for lunch and 6:30-‐10:00pm for dinner.
